Research field: History of the medieval Georgian architecture. 

Activity:  

Full Professor of the Tbilisi Academy of  Arts, lectures on the History of Georgian Architecture at Tbilisi Academy of  Arts, Faculty of Restoration, Art History and Theory, as well as at the Tbilisi Theological Academy; he is an irreplaceable reviewer, editor and consultant of works in the field of art history; for decades he is in charge of processing archives of the Georgian art historians.
